The XD series combines the functions of dehumidification, drying, and feeding into one, suitable for engineering plastic raw materials with strong moisture absorption. Such as PA, PET, PC, PBT, etc. It has a honeycomb rotor device that can provide stable low dew point air, with a dew point of below -40 ℃. It also has a double-layer insulated drying bucket, which is designed with a lower blowing pipe to evenly dry the raw materials and effectively prevent heat loss.
Stop valve: The feeding system is equipped with a stop valve to ensure that there is no residual raw material in the material pipeline.

dehumidifying system: Adopt molecular sieve honeycomb , can provide stable low dew dry air, and will not be polluted by aging molecular sieve like double barrel dehumidifier of raw materials
control system: the machine is adopted with the LCD touching screen control panel
●The feeding system is equipped with a cut-off suction box to ensure that there is no residual raw material in the material pipe, so as to avoid raw material regains moisture
●The insulated drying material barrel adopts a bottom blowing duct design and is equipped with a cyclone exhaust device to prevent heat loss and improve drying efficiency
●Quantitative drying can adjust the position of the material level sensing switch according to the actual startup situation to dry the raw materials, avoiding problems such as yellowing, brittleness, clumping, and high energy consumption caused by excessive drying of the raw materials and changes in their characteristics
●Adopt molecular sieve honeycomb , standard dew point detection, the dew point can reach -40°C
